Jen is listed as one of the top 100 women in gaming by the NextGen website and is the Chairwoman of the International Game Developers Association. Aside from being an influential member of the games community and running the IGDA, Jen is the VP of Business Development for 38 Studios, a new game studio that is focusing on building a new MMOG. As well, Jen is an OLD SCHOOL gamer, wicked with the game pad, and can kick your table top game ass all over the place.
