In 24 days we close the books on 2014. What can you accomplish in 24?

There are only 24 days remaining in 2014.  What went right?  What went wrong?  What are you proud of?  What would you have done differently?  Let's finish 2014 strong.  2015 is going to be a special year for a lot of people, but let's not waste a single day until 2015.
