Sheri Zampelli - aka Gal VanIZed

The time has come to Gal-Vanize. Being Gal-Vanized means it's okay to be strong and feminine at the same time. I am an author, speaker and teacher. I also host a show here on blog talk radio called The Sheri and Erin Show. My story is one of triumph over adversity. I want to share my story to inspire others to let go of negativity and embrace their authentic, joy-filled Self. No matter how hard or painful your past was, you don't have to let it harden you to enjoying life today. I can help. I am available for interviews and phone coaching.

From Sabotage to Success on She Speaks to Inspire

I really enjoyed being on Laurie Zieber's show, (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/She-Speaks/2009/10/21/From-Sabotage-To-Success-Sheri-Zampelli)She Speaks to Inspire".  I sure hope I didn't talk too much but they were such good listeners.  I shared my story of how I went from being a high-school dropout, homeless and on heroin, to being a college instructor and published author.  In all honesty, most of it is outlined in my book, From Sabotage to Success.  In short, I set out to learn what people do to overcome obstacles and I found that there are many amazing people in this world who've beat the odds.  I decided that if they could do it, I could too.  I also decided that if I was ever in a position to speak and write about it, I would because I know how powerful one story can be.  I hope my story is a powerful motivator for you.  I am available for interviews.  Please contact me
