    This week on the Shenandoah Valley Radio Program we visit with Tim Duff, who still makes maple syrup the old way, up in Highland County, Virginia.  Tim is preparing for Highland County's annual Maple Festival which is set for the weekends of March 14 and 21. Then, it's on to Harrisonburg Virginia for some fine dining during Downtown Harrisonburg's Taste of Downtown restaurant tour.
