Freedom of speech doesn't have anything to do with it. Rev. Walter Hoye was convicted by a jury of his peers of two counts of "unlawful approach." These clinic "bubble laws" have already been upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court (Hill v Colorado). When a woman is going into a clinic, it is a little late to offer help. Walter Hoye, and the anti choice groups backing him have done nothing to help women to avoid unwanted pregnancies and have provided no help or support for many
