Mica Furlow discusses her new book "Emotional Roller Coaster".

Furlow talks about her journey as an author, coach, entrepreneur, and life in ministry.  In her book, "Emotional Roller Coaster", she shares many of her life experiences, road blocks, detours, and milestones.

Dealing with the harsh trials of life, love, and new found friendships, she was faced with a decision to grasp these situations and keep pressing forward or throw in the towel.  Forced to face her past hurt and pain, she opens up and shares her journey to encourage others to persevere in order to surpass to live another day in spite of the love, anger, disappointments, and happiness which all make us human.

She encourages individuals to seek growth opportunities in every situation by using her life experiences in a journal turned into poetry used to express her emotions as she traveled her journey to healing.
