Attorney Floyd candidate for Criminal Court Judge Division I, has tried numerous Death Penalty trials,   Medical Malpractice cases and Civil Rights cases involving Police Brutality and Employment Discrimination. He is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third and Sixth Circuits, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas

Charles W. McDonald, a candidate for Circuit Court Judge Division 8 has lived in Memphis for most of his life. He has taught in Memphis City Schools and has been an assistant professor at the University of Memphis. His practice as a trial lawyer has been for twenty-five years with several cases in Circuit Court. Judgeship requires a mature, balanced, and unbiased personality.
