Dr. Hairston is requesting that all committed people of God’s word or for those people just walking in faith, support this mission. On Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Bethel Baptist Church, 215 Bethel Street in Jacksonville, Florida, beginning 7:00 pm, Dr. Hairston will assemble some of the strongest leaders in the Gospel entertainment community: Kirk Franklin, Donald Lawrence, Bishop Hezekiah Walker, Johnathan Nelson, Bishop Paul Morton, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Bishop Rudolph McKissick (Bethel Baptist Church host), Bishop Noel Jones and a special tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s daughter, Elder Bernice King and Jacksonville’s own, Pastor DeWayne Harvey and the Praise Team of Greater Tabernacle of Praise, among others! It would be the direction of Dr. Hairston to take the first fifteen minutes of the program into prayer for the victims of Haiti. This effort will be met with song, “Are You Listening” the Artists United For Haiti’s landmark song with also a visual presentation of the music video
