In 2009, in response to the crash in the housing market from the Wall Street Ponzi scheme in derivatives, the Obama administration unveiled the Homeowners Affordable Mortgage Program (HAMP), which dedicated a small portion of TARP bailout funds to help those hurt by the ones who got the bulk of the tax money in the program.

Of the less than one out of four eligible Americans facing foreclosure who managed to get refinanced under the plan, hundreds of thousands have defaulted for a variety of reasons, many related to continued failures of reponsiblity of banks receiving HAMP funds. On July 13, our guests discussed the four year nightmare they have been living trying to get into the program, for which they are clearly qualified,
