From Canada to Latin America and from the US to Palestine, indigenous Peoples everywhere are uniting in the cause of liberty and justice for all and finding eager supporters everywhere. The Idle No More movement that started as an effort to unify the First Nations in Canada to defend their sovereign rights has become a major focus for the struggle to unify on behalf of the rights of Peoples everywhere.

On February 23 Joel Gallegos and Bethany Woody of Albuquerque's chapter of Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (ANSWER) coalition joined us to talk about how the movement started, what it is doing and its potential to unite people working on seemingly disparate causes in the common cause of peace and justice.

Know the truth and the truth will set us free.
