The CIA was ostensibly created following WWII to provide intelligence on foreign events affecting the security of the United States. Many people have concluded that in reality it functions to provide the muscle required to expand and defend the corporate Empire that has sprung up after the US rose to dominate the world economically and militarily in the aftermath of that war.

The reality is that most members of  the CIA have jobs more akin to civil service than that of James Bond and George Smiley. Understanding how the CIA works an how its mission has changed since its creation is essential to understanding international power politics and how we might most effectively intervene on a grassroots level to stop the imposition of a permanent fascist New World Order that would make economic slaves of all those who do not directly benefit from the work of the CIA on behalf of the international corporate terrorists who have seized control of the US government.

Please join us on Saturday, August 11 at 8 AM PST/11 AM EST when our guest will be Karl Eysenbach, an expert on CIA based on his extensive research of open-source documents that few have the time to research on their own.

Karl is also the author of The Story of the Century, a novel based on his research that speculates on a near-future society that may plausibly arise from current conditions in the world.

SFPI Radio is the international talk show designed to allow those struggling for social justice around the world to talk to each other about how we can support efforts to promote justice, democracy and peace in every nation.
