On October 21 talked with long time human rights advocate Tracy Phillips, a member of the Executive Board of Take Back America for the People who is active in a number of other groups. We continued our discussion of how to build a progressive movement in light of the opportunity presented by the Occupation movement. Our focus was on how to move forward with a political strategy to ensure that we will soon have a government of, by and for the People rather than the corporations who now control it. When America is a democracy, We the People will demand an end to war for corporate Empire.
