UGG boots came in vogue in Australia during the First World War, and they were first used by the Australian pilots by wrapping up two pieces of sheep skins as shoes to keep out the cold, Gradually, it was becoming poppular in Austrilia.

But it lost a lawsuit in Austrilia. and the reason for losing the lawsuit was that it is right that the Ugg short should be Australia's own brand, and therefore Ugg could be used by local shoe manufacturers of Australia.

Now in Australia, YelloEarth is a famous fur shoe brand. It later was acquired by the Chinese. Then it sets factories in China and meanwhile makes some boots for UGG America.

The Ugg of the United States took the lead to promote its brand in mainland China, with brand promotion prosperous. On continent, it's quite often to see many MM wearing fake Ugg. Not long before, "YellowEarth" came to the continental expandmarket and showed his own brand -- "YellowEarth", but two company both rushed to register the trade mark "Ugg", Going through the last trademark squatting issue, Austrilians started focusing on band protecting.
