Changing strategies and finding good help in tough economic times

Thanks to all who tuned in for Monday's show with special guest Allen Mogol.  Changing your marketing strategy to adjust and compensate for tough economic times makes great business sense. Remember to leverage the four P's of marketing and see which one 'moves the needle' to get you more customers and sales.  Product, price, place/audience and promotional strategies impact sales in a big way!

Next week on Monday, November 10th, I'll be addressing a topic that's been on my mind for quite some time: how to find, hire and manage help. I'm not talking about part time or full time employees, but marketing and related subcontractors.  As someone who sits on both sides of the desk - using job bid sites such as Guru and eLance to find work as well as find subcontractors to tackle parts of large marketing projects for me - I have a great deal to say on the subject. I've also been a manager for over a decade and can tell you quite simply what works and what doesn't when it comes to managing subcontractors. Don't miss this episode!
