Do you ever ask yourself: ‘What does it mean to live a balanced life?’ and ‘Why is it so hard to stay balanced on a daily basis, with eating habits, exercise, having enough time for yourself, your family and friends and being spiritually centered as well?’ If so, then this is the show for you. I remember the days that I used to eat at McDonald’s and I used to only get the large fries and diet coke with my meals and had completely forgotten that they had a medium. This is just one example of how I lost touch with my inner being and completely went out of balance in many areas of my life. My weight spiraled out of control, my thoughts were out of control and I lost all contact with family and friends that led to a pretty isolated and sad life for a very long time. So, how did I finally break out of this cycle and start to live a better, more heart-centered life? I will tell you, but first I will say that I’m still trying to balance my life and am working on it every single day. That is really the key to success—working on yourself every day, not only once a week or once a year. The soul knows how to keep the body healthy, keep the heart beating and the bodily functions steady, so why don’t we listen to our hearts—where our Soul dwells—if the Soul manages to keep the body functioning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year? Maybe it is because we listen to our minds far more than we do to our hearts. This show is all about living from the heart, which is why it is called ‘The Heart Show.’
