Why was Darren Huff, an Oath Keeper, pulled-over by the police, on his way to meeting with Walt Fitzpatrick?

Why did they want to search his car?

Why did they decide not to - while detaining him for an hour and a half, on the highway? [Ed., detained for one-half hour of that ninety minute visit, according to Huff.]
