How to Think Like Aristotle
Or - How to Spot False Arguments and Make Valid Points
WHY? Because most of what is wrong with our society can be traced to false logic.
The man credited as the "father of logic" is widely considered to be the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle. Interested in every area of human knowledge about the world, Aristotle aimed to unify all of them into a coherent system of thought by developing a common methodology that would serve equally well as the procedure for learning about any discipline.
We want to make you aware of one of our pet projects. We are attempting to provide the “protocols of epistemology.” That is a fancy way of saying that there are rules for thinking that, when followed, lead to useful, dependable results.
Other ways of saying the same thing are; scientific methodology, rules of evidence, and logical, rational thinking.
Following logical thinking guidelines are especially important as we make decisions that are going to affect our nation and our posterity.
