Mary Ann Newton - Florida paralegal currently working with Joel Sucher on an article detailing her work on Bank of America’s so-called Independent Foreclosure Reviews. What she discovered while on the job horrified her: inappropriate evictions and, some cases, foreclosing on the homes of active duty military personnel.
Joel Sucher (Pacific Street Films) will be joining in.

Michelle Ievoli - Wilmington, DE
is fighting the ghosts of Countrywide - the bank that's gone with the wind but left all of its demons behind...The Proof of Claim states that US Department of HUD is her servicing agent, which is incorrect. The labeling of Michelle's loan to HUD was the main difficulty in reaching an adequate payment plan from the beginning. It cost her financially and caused years of harm to her credit and health.
