Changing Stories

Being creative creatures, we make up stories about 'how life works'. These stories start forming when we are very, very young. When we misunderstand, or miss entire pieces of information, we simply fill-in-the-blanks using information we have at hand that brings us to a 'story' that seems valid. As time goes by we twist and contort the idea of our 'reality' to keep it a fit for our 'story'. It is time we start questioning the very story itself! By seeking the truth, we may discover our happiness lies in a totally different story.

In so doing watch very carefully that you do not lull yourself into thinking that the happiness that you are feeling is going to uplift you, this is where you have to let go of the old and begin to take charge of changing the stories and make the movement forward that really set you free.
