  Self-Employed By Choice
  

  I just recently became full-time self-employed, and it can be tough, transitioning from a job to fully working for yourself. Now you are responsible for paying self-employment taxes, including medicare and your own social security, not to mention paying estimated taxes, if you're working full or part time, while you're building your business. Awwwh, come on now!
  
  From a business perspective, It only takes a minimum, net profits amount of $400, for you to start being taxed. Ouch!, many of us who are becoming better internet marketers, are or will be making that amount of money on a daily basis.
  
  I am an advocate, for self employed individuals, trying to help you wake up to the fact, on how to protect your income and assets and build it into long- term wealth. It doesn't matter, if you're still employed, while building your business, or you're in business, full time.
  
  I'm all about accumulating wealth, and maintaining it across the generations, and hopefully, a majority of you feel the same way. I have learned that the best way to do this is to become an incorporation. What ever skill or trade you're in, set it up into a business and incorporate. If you're already in a business, and you're classified as a sole proprietorship, incorporate, into a LLC, LLP, C or S Corp. Usually, the minimum is a LLC. But, one of the above that will give you and your business protection.
  
  Did you know that the U.S. is labeled as the number 1 lawsuit happiest country of the world? It's embarrassing really, i guess there could be worst things to be ashamed of. But, if people see that it's easy to sue you for any little thing, they will try it. So it's best to become smart and incorporate, let them see incorporation, behind your name, so they can moooovvvvve on! And, if they still try, they won't be able to touch a thing.
  
  The number one state to incorporate in, is now, Nevada. Yes, I said Nevada. Many of the million and billionaires start their corp. in Nevada. Did you know that we're allowed to do the same. It's easier to set up than you think. Only one person is required. Even though, you might set it up as one member, you're still entitled to the same reduced tax rate, in some cases no tax, you receive prestige, most important, liability protection and financing in regards to building business credit in 3 to 4 months without using your social security number. Yes, you're entitled to all that as one member.
