Why Form An LLC In Nevada

Last year over 40,000 LLCs were formed in Nevada. Nevada is now the number one place to form LLCs. Today on the show we talked about, now that's it's closer to the end of the year, people are scrambling to set up their LLC's in Nevada, and paying expedited charges ranging from $300-$1000, to do so. This will get your LLC formed quickly,  anywhere from 48 hours to 1 hour, to beat the end of the year deadline. You want to get it formed before the end of the year, so you can take advantage of the full tax 2010 year, also you can write off the formation fees, on this year's, 2009, taxes.

Why form a LLC, and why in Nevada?

When you start a business, by default, the IRS, considers your business as a sole proprietorship. You will be taxed with self employment tax and estimated taxes, plus you have no protection from lawsuits.

With a LLC in Nevada, there is no state tax, the creditors can't touch your assets, also protected from frivolous lawsuits.

If you have an incorporation kit, and it's not as simple as you thought, you get your LLC going, then you might want to consider using an incorporation service. It's saves money and time, less headache.

With Corporate Service Center in Nevada, they have been forming corporations for over 20 years, so without question, they know what they're doing. It's a totally complete package, they handle everything. Prices start at $475 + $30 shipping and handling fee, to send your completed papers to you. From then on, they handle everything for you.

What Side Of The Quadrant Are You On?

I love to read in my past time. I am a fan of inspirational books mainly by Christian authors, there are so many good authors, so I won't name favorites. Also, I'm a big fan of reading wealth books. One that comes to mind is Rich Dad Poor Dad.

The cash flow quadrant is discussed in this book. There are 4 parts, 2 sides. One side is reserved for employees and the self-employed. It is explained that on this side, these individuals trade time for money, therefore, pretty much still live from paycheck to paycheck and struggling in all areas of life.

The other side of the quadrant is reserved for business owners and investors. They experience true wealth, because they have set their business up as a corporation, use strategies to boost their wealth, and protect their business and personal assets, and teach their children to maintain it across the generations. Or, if they don't have children, most become mainly philanthropists. All these business owners and investors use financial advisers to make the best choices with their money and use it to invest into other corporations and or real estate.

It Is Within Your Reach, Too

If you're on the left side of the quadrant, it is possible for you to switch over to the right side.
How? Well, as an employee, you can set up a simple LLC, let it sit there, do nothing with it, and in a couple of years, it will gain a value of at least $5000. What if you had 2 or three of those set up. Or, you can decide to use it while you're working and gain many advantages. That's a start!

If you're self-employed, take your skill and define it into a business. Set it up as a LLC or Corp. in Nevada to reduce your taxes, and use that money saved to start investing in your own company and other smart investment choices, and start building wealth.

It will not happen overnight, but you need to start somewhere. It helps to become educated, too. But, knowledge is only power, if you put action behind it.

Define your business - Build your wealth
