TaiChi and QiGong (pronounced as chee-gong) are seen as little more than an unusual exercise practiced in the park by many people. There are even misconceptions that these movements are "easy" and are perfect for the fragile senior citizens. Lyn can attest that it is not. That is only an ilusion.
Our conversation will cover the benefits of practicing TaiChi/QiGong; practical applications in every day living; as well as being used in self-defense.
