This is going to be another Open Forum format where our discussion topic will be dependent on our callers. We ask that you share your individualized and healthy ways to dealing with stress in your lives. Some go out for a run or hit the gym. Others cuddle up near a cozy fire and read an interesting book. Or it could be dancing to dance music alone at home. Whatever they may be, we all have ways to dealing with stress. Come on and share!
