Lakshmi Devi Costello is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Educator.  She is a graduate of The Ayurvedic Institute’s two year Ayurvedic Studies Program where she studied under Dr. Vasant Lad. In 2004, she studied and traveled throughout India, Nepal and Tibet where she completed an Ayurveda and Panchakarma Therapy training program in Kerala, India.

Lakshmi has also been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1995. She has worked as a national educator teaching Ayurveda and Massage Therapy at some of the top 5 star resorts and spas in the United States. With over 20 years of practice in the Healing Arts field, she has received many certifications which include Hypnotherapy and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
