I heard and agree that repentance is a gift.  Repentance is most needed in the world.  It requires fruit in keeping with repentance.  Glory to God the most High!  Hallelujah!

"Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death."(2 Corinthians 7:10)

"Produce fruit in keeping with repentance."(Matthew 3:8)

"The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance."(2 Peter 3:9)
