Giving honor and reverance to the Most High God who is holy.  He is calling us His people to be holy.  We are set apart.  Holiness is mark of God's people separate from evil and the world.

But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do;

for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”(1 Peter 1:15-16)

The children of God have actions and words that represent Jesus in the earth.
