Recently, Wal-Mart, Kohl's and Sears have all revised their refund policy to a much more customer friendly and easier return procedure.
Kohl's, a retailer who continues to gain marketshare amoung young shoppers and middle America has rolled out a new policy a few months ago which opens the floodgates to massive refund fraud.
