    When we worry, we put our attention on something that we DON'T want to happen. Most of us don't realize the power of our thoughts to create the reality we experience in daily life. We are powerful creators, each and every one of us. Perhaps you don't see yourself that way and this too is understandable. But, you are a powerful creator nonetheless.   When you worry about anything, you focus your attention on the very thing you are afraid of and by focusing your attention on that, you allow the energy that creates worlds to create the very thing that you don't want. Goodness!!!!   Worry is habitual. We worry because we've created the habit of thinking in that way. And, like any habit we can break it by being aware of the feeling that comes up when we worry, and then taking that feeling through the ZPoint Process to release it. And as we take that feeling through the process, round after round, we reduce our attachment to that "WORRY" feeling and all the beliefs and attitudes that support it, until finally, it's GONE!   Join us this evening at 8pm Eastern for another episode of The ZPoint Show.
