As a homeowner, real estate broker and Realtor I know a few people in the real estate industry. From mortgage bankers to home inspectors, I tend to know them all. Last week, I was honored when one of those professionals asked me to list their home for sale. That’s always a big ego boost because, it’s kind of like winning a Emmy or Grammy. Sure, I don’t get a little gold statue or anything but, I do get the recognition from my peer and that is important. Unlike the general public, my peer, my colleague knows what to expect from his listing agent and the cool part is, he trust that I can provide it. Like my colleague, many of you out there will utilize a listing agent to sell your home and I thought to myself, wouldn’t you like to know what an industry insider looks for when he chooses a listing agent. Better yet, I put myself in your shoes and wondered how would I leverage my personal knowledge of the real estate industry and my local market expertise to pick the right agent to list my own home? Well, this really got my wheels a turning because, I stopped and asked myself, do I provide the same level of service to my listing clients, that I would expect from a agent listing my home? I am proud to say, Yes, most of the time, I think I do. In fact, it was this very thought process that lead me to create my Top 10 Expectations of a Listing Agent. The show today, is going to be all about what someone like myself, a experienced real estate broker would look for in a listing agent and how you, as a homeowner, with little to no real estate experience can use my top 10 expectations to ensure you choose the correct agent for your home.
We have the full crew - all four of us - as we're winding down to the unofficial close of summer towards Labor Day weekend. We have several topics to discuss
- The media politicized a funeral for a thug
- A woman has her Obama statue stolen - terrible
- We look at Naked and Afraid
- And our end of summer discussion plus Burger King?
How do you know you’ve made it big in Hollywood—we mean, really, really big? One measure would be when Denzel Washington stops over your house to help punch up your script. And for free, no less. So we can pretty much agree that Lee Daniels has arrived big time. In 2001, after an unlikely career that took him from nursing-agency owner to casting director to talent-agency owner, he produced Monster’s Ball, which won its star, Halle Berry, an Academy Award. Next he directed Precious, another Oscar darling, which snagged a statue for comedian Mo’Nique. Then came The Butler, co-starring Forest Whitaker and Oprah Winfrey, which had uncredited assistance behind the scenes from one of cinema’s more powerful voices. “Denzel and I are friends and he was helping me with the sctipt,” Lee tells us. “I think we joked around about what would you do if you were playing the character? But at the time he couldn’t do it because he was unavailable anyway. Denzel is a dear friend of mine and he helped me incredibly with the story.”
As Lot and his family were instructed to not look back, so too are you. You're following Me with your feet but your're looking back with your faith. That which I have delivered you from, I have removed you from, yet you must release it. How can you follow Me in the now, while your heart is tied to then. You are frozen in time, just as Lot's wife became a pillar of salt, so are you. Your past and even present situations have paralyzed you, and caused you to become a statue of fear, doubt, and unbelief. Look forward and move forward into this prophetic time of NOW, not only with your feet but with your faith.
What was it about Lot's wife that caused her to look back at Sodom, a place of sin and wickedness? What is it that causes us to look back and long for evil things? The angels gave specific instructions to Lot and his family concerning being delivered from Sodom."Do not look behind you,do not "stay anywhere in the plain". Yet, admist their fleeing, Lot's wife was disobedient to the instruction, she looked back and became a pillar of salt. A pillar is a statue, a structure, a monument, and lot's wife became a statue in her past. She was being delivered from Sodom, but Sodom wasn't delivered from he. How many of us say we're being delivered from things but honestly those things are still rooted in our hearts. I believe that Lot's wife was following the Lord with her feet but her faith was left behind in Sodom. Where your heart is , your body will follow, your emotions will settle and your actions will produce that you're tied too. Lot's wife couldn't escape her Sodom, her place of biondage because her heart was tied to it. It was a comfortable and familiar place to her and many of us are still residing in Sodom, saying, "Yes, Ill follow you out of Lord" with our lips but our life is yet soul tied to the verything God wants to deliver us from. Don't look back!
Michael Angelo said within every peace of stone is a perfect statue ans his job was to chip away at the imperfections.
We are the same the questions are what are the chisels and what are the imperfections.

Last weeks show was so powerful, The Holy Spirit said to roll with this message because there are more souls than we will ever know who need to hear what He has to say through those who are willing to allow Him to say it through them. SSWAG is one of those willing vessels being used to bring deliverance to men, women and children who desire to be delivered from the chains that have kept their families in bondage for so many generations.
Tonight, we will hear a testimony of the struggle, the religious mindset rather than relationship, the bondage of hurt and pain, but then how Grace and Mercy stepped in and said "I AM THAT I AM" all you will ever need to live a life of true freedom from any and everything the enemy could ever try to attack you with. Anytime the enemy attacks, just say I AM has already destroyed the power of that and whatever "that" is has no power over me.
When the Caananites and Ammonites began to worship this idol god Molech, the first thing they did was have orgies in the temple. They would give each others wives to one another, the husbands would sleep with each other, the wives would sleep with each other, then they brought the children in to do the same things. This is why Leviticus was written.(Read Leviticus)
Once they did all this, they opened the door to a realm they had no idea what they were accessing. Satan sent demonic spirits through this open door to begin to give the people things they would ask for so they would stop serving the True and Living God. Satan is an imitator because he'll never be a Creator! Satan got greedy and stopped giving. The people didn't understand why. They believed the god wanted a human, unblemished sacrifice so they built a huge, hollow statue of a god with arms folded, heated it up and tossed their babies into it's arms, burning them immediately. The gifts began again.
