(1) David and Gayle Marsh " Entrepreneurs" at 11am Saturday 26, 2013
David and Gayle Marsh started Red Hut Coffee in 2013. They moved into a location on 7th St and Roosevelt adjoining Jimmy John’s. They grew up in the Eastern Washington and Montana area and were accustomed to getting great lattes at little hand-crafted coffee shops. Seeking to join the rich community of Downtown Phoenix, they decided to open their own coffee shop that emphasized fast and friendly service with great drinks and fresh frozen yogurt. They are conveniently located next to the busy 7th Street access to downtown and felt that their coffee shop could be a great place to stop in for a quick cup of Joe or a comfortable place to have a business meeting or study for school. FUN TO FORTUNE$. LOVE WHAT YOU DO!
Be Inspired by these makers of Frozen Delights! But its more than that… the entrepreneurs we meet today have brought their love of travel and the taste of foreign cultures to a unique and delicious product offering.
Sophia’s love of cooking, strong belief in healthy eating, and passion for travel, have all shaped Victory Garden into a place that blends local and foreign cultures.
Sophia Brittan is the owner of Victory Garden on Carmine Street in the Village (NYC). Victory Garden makes all of their ice creams and soft serve from fresh goat milk and yogurt that we source directly from local farms. These farms use sustainable farming practices and do not use prophylactic antibiotics or hormones.

Her business is all about sharing the sweetness of Mexico. The frozen treats & other sweets she grew up which are part of the essence of who she is. Fany had always dreamed of having her own little shop but she was torn on what she wanted to do so Fany started with portable carts. She is now looking for a permanent home. She may also inspire you by coming back from Storm Sandy, after her kitchen was destroyed (she used Kickstarter to help fun her rebuild!)
