1 screw driver, 3 pairs of headphones, 2 baby spoons, 3 pairs of baby socks, 1 large bouncy ball, a McDonald's yogurt granola packet, and more. A LOT MORE. Why is it all these things were in my purse??!
Because I put them there.
And then I complain when the bag gets heavy.
It's time to clean out.
Today, let's ask God to reveal to us the things that weigh us down so we can move forward with only the essentials. His yoke is easy, and His burden is light, so it's time we let Him show us what needs to go.
Follow our flight!

SPECIAL GUEST: Paul Exall, Consultant for environmental EM Technologies in Greater Manchester & Worldwide. His company offers products for EM technologies, based in East Manchester. From in house microbial composting systems, natural farming practices and remediation of polluted ground and waterways. Morff has a keen interest in the future well being of the planets eco systems and bio-sphere.
We are working to further the global remediation work initiated by professor Higa in the early 80's with EM technology in Greater Manchester. We adhere to the principles laid out by the Professor, co-operation, community responsibility and harmony between ourselves and our external environment.
What is EM?
EM consists of a wide variety of effective, beneficial and non-pathogenic micro-organisms produced through a natural fermentation process and not chemically synthesized or genetically engineered.
EM has no adverse effects on and is beneficial to plants, animals, and humans. EM lives off our waste. Their waste simply translates to a healthy environment for us in which EM becomes inactive.
EM has the potential to suppress putrefactive micro-organisms through lactic acid bacteria, similar to the production of cheese or yogurt. It creates re-animated surroundings through the process of fermentation instead of putrefaction.
Living organisms, as well as, inorganic materials are enabled with the means to impede deterioration through increased activity of active oxygen or free-radicals through which organisms degenerate and inorganic materials corrode. EM can be considered as an antioxidant.
No doubt about it, protein is good for you -- and can even help you shed those unwanted pounds. But (and you knew there was a "but," right?), it's important to eat the right amount and the right kind of protein to get the lifelong weight-loss results you want.
Here are 10 terrific sources of lean protein:
3. Skinless, white-meat poultry
4. Lean beef (including tenderloin, sirloin, eye of round)
5. Skim or low-fat milk
6. Skim or low-fat yogurt
7. Fat-free or low-fat cheese
9. Lean pork (tenderloin)

JacniqueMusic Radio talks with 6-time Grammy Nominee as both a recording artist and arranger, Tierney Sutton.
Sutton is often described as “a singer’s singer,” but just as often, she is described as a “musician’s singer” who uses her voice like an instrument.
Most recently, Tierney received her 5th consecutive Grammy Nomination for “Best Jazz Vocal Album” for her latest project, “After Blue,” an intimate, jazz-inspired re-imagining of the legacy of Joni Mitchell. The album, which is Sutton’s first solo outing without her longtime Band, features Al Jarreau, Hubert Laws, Peter Erskine, Larry Goldings, Serge Merlaud, Kevin Axt and The Turtle Island Quartet.
Spanning over 20years of collaboration, the Tierney Sutton Band’s 9 CDs have consistently topped the US jazz charts, leading to Tierney’s selection as Jazzweek’s Vocalist of the Year as well as to numerous other accolades in the music world including a 2011 Grammy nomination for the Band’s collaborative arranging.
She has headlined in recent years at The Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center and Jazz At Lincoln Center. She can also be heard on film and television soundtracks including The Academy Award-nominated film “The Cooler” as well as on television commercials (BMW, Green Giant, Yoplait Yogurt, Coke)
