Zap Computers Julio Murillo
I was in my good friends Julio’s Shop Zap Computers talking about getting some laptops fixed when he asked me about how my “Radio Show was doing” when I replied that it was growing he said “When is MY Show? “ so I said “when do you want it?” So here it is.
I am most interested in finding from the Computer Czar himself how does the rapidly changing Computer industry affect a small business man such as himself? , plus I look forward to just spending some time in the shop , having coffee and watching the parade of customers coming and going
Should be a lot of fun

Sam Uzi started life in the early-1980s as a cartoon character and then, by the late-80s, had become a full-blown terror in the pre-internet online world of BBSs - frightening the unwary, tormenting the unthinking, and entertaining everyone else. Denizens of FidoNet and NirvanaNet BBSs will remember (fondly, or with deep trepidation) the intermittent arrival of the Clue Police, whenever the stupidity and pig-headedness became unbearable. Ah, the simple innocence of days gone by. Sam Uzi's first novel, Face Pirates, was written in 1997 and published in 2010. Since then he has written and published six more novels, all ostensibly in the science-fiction genre, although he has vastly egotistical pretensions that his work (mostly about people and ideas rather than zap-guns and shiny technology) is more literary fiction than sci-fi potboilers. When he's not writing, Sam is an avid amateur CGI animator, whose latest work, Pancakes (based on the famous 1961 Joe Simonton UFO/alien encounter), is nearing completion. As a basic strategy, Sam makes a point of believing anything and everything, until proven impossible, but – fortunately – belief does not play a large role in his appreciation of reality. After all these years, he still may not know what it's all about but that doesn't stop him from shooting his mouth off at any given opportunity.
March is Women's History Month! Today's show highlights events celebrating Women's International Day & events in Second Life. First up, hear music from Women of the World & India.Arie.Throughout the week I checked out a few shows in Second Life: Seattle-based musician Tukso Okey at Sands Entertainment, Russell Eponym at Ce Soir. I also made it to Musician Melissa Ferrick's monthly gig and James Olmos's show on Concert Window. Since supporting Zap Mama's successful kickstarter campaign, I've been checking out other projects looking for funding. I found a few publishing campaigns that I just love on there. Of course, I'll share what's on the bestseller book list and what I'm reading this week. If you enjoy the show, follow me on twitter and BTR. Happy Listening!
The Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) is the body of independent experts that monitors implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women.CEDAW Committee consists of 23 experts on women’s rights from around the world.
Today's show highlights musicians who perform in Second Life, Concert Window & those on soundcloud. First up, you'll hear Musician Hannah Thomas, On Monday, I caught Red Heaven's concert at Lokki's. I've been anticipating the release of the new CD, Moth. On Tuesday, Seattle-based musician Tukso Okey did his weekly gig at Black Dahlia which was mesmerizing. Tukso is AVI Choice 2015 #1 rock performer in SL.
Finally, on February 27, Mic Wells (aka MrMulti Writer) and Meetu Writer performed at Gallery Rouge. Zap Mama continues its kickstarter campaign and has already exceeded its goal which means the 25th anniversary album will be a reality.
Today, I visited Tableau, a Second Life region after learning about it on The Drax Files. I met the sim creator, Nylon Pinkney, briefly while exploring various spots there. It's a fun, visually stimulating place to visit. The trip reminded me of my first days in SL where everything was new and was so fascinated by everything I discovered. It's been a while since I have that feeling of newness in SL.
Of course, I'll share what's on the bestseller book list and what I'm reading this week. If you enjoy the show, follow me on twitter and BTR. Happy Listening!
