Please have paper and pencil for this powerful broadcast

“Private Attorney General” Anthony Williams, who pioneered Common Law Offices of America, also caused Judge Perkins to admit in open court that he may not honor his oath to preserve the Constitution of the United States and protect Williams as a sovereign citizen. In fact, the Court made it perfectly clear he was not even aware he had his oath of office on file.

"I Take LIBERTY With My Coffee" " Police Policy & Practice v The Constitution"

    in Politics

Shining a light on the incident in Dublin, GA when a police drug task force killed David Hooks in his home made me look at what policies and practice the Police use in these type of circumstances. Nationally, and, locally for me, we have had a number of recent deaths that have thrown Police practice and Policy under the microscope.  This along with the Grand Jury Process, are paramount to review and understand.,  Juxatposed with the Constitution. Joining me tonight to disucss what happened to David Hooks is Former Laurens County Deputy Sheriff Jerald "Tom" McCain. Considered an expert on the Constitutional Duties of a Sheriff in Georgia Tom is also a Certified Law Enforcement Classroom Instructor. He is the former Chief Deputy Sheriff of Johnson County, GA from 2001 to 2008 after working as a Deputy Sheriff in Laurens Cty, GA where David Hooks was killed, from 92 thru 98. He personally knows a number of the law enforcement officials involved in this case.  He will help us understand the subjects we discuss tonight. Please join us. Long time Activist, Coffee Party Newsroom Editor and Radio Host, Bobby Rodrigo's new show "I Take LIBERTY With My Coffee" on Coffee Party USA Radio every Tuesday at 8:30PM. He advocates engagement, coalitions and continues to point out that the Constitution is the Rule of Law in our land and why it should remain so. His disdain for Money in Politics, the Political Party Machine and partisan blind allegiance is on full display as he advocates against the erosion of our Constitutional Protections in the name of corruption and tyranny. "If we focused on following the Constitution we would solve many of the ills of our society". Offering a long list of guests from Political Organizations, Activism, Media and Artists Bobby invites you to join him every Tuesday at 8:30PM on Coffee Party USA Radio.

Constitution Study Radio: Lesson 24 -Losing State Representation in Congress

    in Politics Conservative

Through the Constitution with Douglas V. Gibbs

The 17th Amendment removed State representation in the federal government, centralizing the government in Washington, and diminishing the voice of the States.  Ratified during the progressive era, the amendment changed the dynamics of the American System, opening a path for tyranny in the central government.  By eliminating the States' ability to participate in the federal government, it removed their influence regarding their own interests, and introduced ideology into the Senate, placing the powers of advise and consent into the hands of directly elected officials.

Constitution Study Radio: Lesson 23 - Income Tax and the Federal Reserve

    in Politics Conservative

Through the Constitution with Douglas V. Gibbs

The 16th Amendment established an allowance for Congress to enact direct taxation.  The same year the Federal Reserve Act went into action.  The Progressive Era gained full steam in 1913, followed shortly after by the 17th Amendment.  Direct taxation was never supposed to be enacted, and it was a political game connected to the Bailey Bill that created the environment needed to "soak the rich."  As for the Federal Reserve Act, the democrats split the republican vote to achieve their dream of private international bankers issuing, and manipulating, American currency.  The more things change, the more they stay the same.
