Two Hot Topics:
1) Racisim in Schools
A recent picture circulating around social media showing six white girls in Arizona posing with the "N" word spelled out on their t-shirts has caused quite a firestorm. What does this inicident, and others like it, say aobut race in America? It's not the racism of old. So....what is it??
2) Politics and Primaries
The Iowa caucuses were February 1, 2016 and, in case you haven't been paying attention, Republicans Ted Cruz, Donald Trump and Marco Rubio were the clear victors on the GOP side. As predicted, Hillary Clinto and Bernie Sanders made a showing on the Democrat side.
Joining me to talk about these topics is Dru Ealons, the National Director of Advocacy and Public Policy for Mocha Moms, Inc., the nation's leading voice for mothers of color, and founder and CEO of the Ealons Group, a consulting firm in the DC area.

If Stress Has Become A Problem, Why Not Consider A Hot Tub At Home?
Here are just a few of the ways a relaxing soak in the hot tub can help you eliminate stress.
Get Rid of the Aches and Pains
A twenty-minute soak in the hot tub targets deep under the muscle, warming and soothing on contact. Within minutes, stress that you’ve been carrying all day is gone, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
Promote a Better Night’s Rest
A dip in the hot tub before bed actually prepares the body on a physiological level by raising core body temperature. When you get out, it drops, signaling the rest of the body that it’s time to rest.
Connect with Friends and Family
The hot tub is one of the only places you can go where your time is truly your own. Easy, hassle free fun, a dip in the family hot tub solidifies relationships and keeps important connections strong.
