Our second hour will explore Paper 114: Seraphic Planetary Government, for the second week. We expect to have Neal Waldrop and Charles Olivea join us once more to take up our intriguing discussion of the nature of our planetary celestial government starting with §3. The Resident Governor General leading to an in-depth treatment of §6. The Master Seraphim of Planetary Supervision in subsequent weeks.Consider this quote we are about to encounter regarding these one-time mortals who return to Urantia: “In a way, the resident governor general represents Salvington as well as Jerusem since he acts on behalf of the twenty-four counselors, who are directly representative of Michael and Gabriel.
