Greetings Fam. The last SaturNIGHT of each month is dedicated to spotlighting poetry, the most passionate, artistic expression known to humanity in my opinion. Poetry is based on people's opinions about what they see in the world, from their own personal perspective, out of empathy, and the yearning to see a better world. Poetry, in some way, touches everything, and is prevalent in music, literature, movies, scripts, and every type of expression we hear, talk about and see. Poetry uses words to paint vivid mental PICtures of the world as seen through the hearts and eyes of men and women alike, through their collective pens. The theme for the last Saturday of every month is "Poetry In Conversation" or #PIC. I'm not a poet in the traditional sense, but I love poetry in a passionate sense. I'm excited.

Aight so this is not your typical Blogtalkradio show, or so I have been told. Normally we have our open mic discussions on Wed. Well now we will start a new monthly show called, "Settin' the records straight" This show is dedicated to giving a voice to people who have something to say and don't wish to curb it on the stance of tact or formality. They will speak as freely as possible and the host will merely act a guardrail to stay on topic. I hope you will join us for our very first show where we will speak with Carlos Lavezzari also known as Written in Pain. We will discuss a recent video he posted with regard to his opnion and the backlash he received from it. Want to know more? Stay tuned. and if you have something you want to get off your chest, got beef, then let us know and we will get you on the next edition of... "Settin' the records straight"
This week, we'll talk more about self love in order to spread love! The main topic is You don't have to take that!: Know you don't have to endure abuse of ANY KIND. Hope you'll join us after Empire and let me know your opinions, facts, truths, etc.
