In this episode I share a really dumb article ithat continues to perpetuate the myth that women who decide to grow their hair out gray might as well slit their wrists. Have a look and if you think it's stupid, tweet them at @smh. It's important that we start calling out lazy journalism that perpetuates lookism and agism.
I also talk about things I'm learning like editing. You can check out the first vid I made - How To Love Your Wrinkles. I was also inspired by James Altucher and Steve Scott.

Two "diasporas", one at the tower of Babel, the others, the scattering of the Twelve Tribes, being lead by the hand of the Lord to the "nethermost part of the vinyard", twigs broken off and planted by the Lord through the means of his servants the prophets. One such came out of the Tower of Babel, whose language was NOT confounded. They wrote in the Adamic language, one portion of which was included in the sealed portion of the gold plates, the small portion of which Joseph Smith translated by means of the Urim and Thummim. Tablet stones found in Michigan by multitudes of people at the turn of the century, while plowing fields, digging basements, along with mine shafts, 10,000 mounds in Ohio alone. A video of one collection (Soper Savage) of these can be seen here. There are at least 30 other collections. Mystic symbol seen by riverboat captains for over a hundred years. All artifacts contain the same "mystic symbol" comprised of a representation of the five spikes strategically driven into the palms, wrists and crossed feet of Jesus' body for its support. C14 dating of carbon from copper smelting fires placed at 2250 BC. The people knew of future events yet to transpire, thus trashed by Darwinist for upseting their wicked and corrupt world-view, saith the Lord.
Marissa Alexander, a young mother facing sixty years in Florida prison for firing a single warning shot at her abusive husband to scare him away. George Zimmerman, chased and shot a young black male taking his life...gets acquitted of all charges. Michael Dunn initiates, instigates and pursues a fight, kills a teen after chasing a retreating car and firing ten times, and he is convicted of ATTEMPTED murder...all have three things in common...The state of Florida, the Stand Your Ground Law, and Prosecutor Angela Corey. Whats the formula? Black and White components and the legal system. Whats the outcome? An explosion of black smoke...one that seemingly burns through the Black race and slaps the wrists of its White counterparts.
The scales of a supposed "colorblind" system seems to tip quite clearly in the favor of White America. Not one execution carried out since Florida implemented the death penalty in 1976 was done so to a White who murdered a Black, and under Corey's prosecutorial tutelage, 21 criminals were sentenced to death row, of which 14 were Black. Black offenders get buried while long, executive decisions must be made before even charging a White offender of the same crime can be decided upon. These are just a few factors that lend support to racially-biased justice in the state of Florida. Is this an ad campaign that is sending the message: "Florida: The Sunshine State--but not if you're Black"?

Remember the band Never Fire ? The high school band that we spoke with a couple months ago, and we said that we would keep in touch with them, and monitor their progress? Well, we are checking in with them from 11PM to Midnight, Eastern. They have some news to share with us.
During the first hour, we will be talking about a travesty that occurred in Wisconsin. A beautiful and pregnant young lady was brutally raped and murdered, and her murderer was not charged with murder because he was drunk. Being drunk has become a defense for murder??? Not if we have anything to say about it. We will be joined by the young lady's mother to discuss the legal battle against the stupidity that let a rapist and DOUBLE murderer off with a slap on the wrists. For more information, go here. There is also a petition to sign. https://www.facebook.com/AlishaAndAvaBromfieldLawInitiative

Acts 12:1-7 say
It was about this time that King Herod arrested some who belonged to the church, intending to persecute them. 2 He had James, the brother of John, put to death with the sword. 3 When he saw that this met with approval among the Jews, he proceeded to seize Peter also. This happened during the Festival of Unleavened Bread. 4 After arresting him, he put him in prison, handing him over to be guarded by four squads of four soldiers each. Herod intended to bring him out for public trial after the Passover.
5 So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him.
6 The night before Herod was to bring him to trial, Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and sentries stood guard at the entrance. 7 Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side and woke him up. “Quick, get up!” he said, and the chains fell off Peter’s wrists.
The Themes of The Manhattan Puzzle By Laurence O’Bryan What has been hidden in Manhattan by the most powerful people on earth? What would you do to a Manhattan banker who treated ordinary people like slaves? What magic is buried under Manhattan that allows it to rise again from anything the world throws at it? These are the themes of The Manhattan Puzzle. The story sees Sean and Isabel (from The Istanbul Puzzle and The Jerusalem Puzzle) reunited in Manhattan at the headquarters of one of the world’s largest banks, BXH. There’s been some grisly murders, and now the plot takes a new twist. The contents of the book they found in Istanbul are revealed. My personal journey with this story grew out of my disgust at the financial crisis that has brought many so low. I am interested in the myths and the beliefs of those who value money above everything. But The Manhattan Puzzle is about other things too. For instance, what would you do if your partner didn’t come home one night? And what would you think if the police turned up at your door the next day looking for him? Relationships are under stress everywhere, because of the demands placed on us by our jobs, but few of us will face what Isabel has to face when Sean goes missing. There is violence from the start in The Manhattan Puzzle too, but the opening has a woman inflicting it on a man. I am tired of reading about men inflicting sexual violence on women. I think it’s time for the handcuffs to swop wrists. And they certainly do in The Manhattan Puzzle. But don’t get me wrong. I love Manhattan. It’s a city in a snow globe of dollar bills. So look in your bookstore and on your E-readers and order it too, if you want. http://www.lpobryan.com
