WORLD WIDE AFRICA THE VOICE OF THE PAN AFRICAN MOVEMENT

    in Politics

The incomparable Huey P. Newton, left so much knowledge to help us form the Revolutionary Movement.  The only way we can make sure that our children receive a proper education is if we make sure they are taught properly.  The point that Huey is making in is book about the inadequate schooling of our children is a real issue.  It is the reason why so many Black families are not doing as well as the Whites in this World today.    “I do not think that life will change for the better without an assault on the Establishment, which goes on exploiting the wretched of the earth. This belief lies at the heart of the concept of revolutionary suicide. " Huey P. Newton                    The history of the forbidding of education to Africans and Negroes is a long line of abuses by the White Establishment that are systemic and keep us in a cycle of never-ending poverty.  Today's show will be on the BLACK CODE LAW ON THE EDUCATION OF THE SLAVE, and excerpts from Huey's book Revolutionary Suicide.

In order for Black People in the world to effectivly rule themselves they must have knowledge, wisdom, and understanding.  The fact  stands that we are the most innovative people with the most natural resources on the planet.   Our objective with this show is not only to discuss our problems but to present good solutions to those problems. Today, with the invention of the computer many of our children are working in the mines rather than on line, this is wrong and it is oppresive to our people. Our children are dying working to make their children more powerful, this is unacceptable.

Today the subject of Self Defense and why Huey P. Newton insisted that the people have their human rights to self defense.  He made sure that it was understood by the people  that the American Slave Codes made us as property to be used and misused as the White Established Government of this country chooses.  Through the use of Police or Overseers, Slave Catchers, and brutality enforced the violence of Black African Americans as part of assimilation of the masses. "The greatest most immediate problem is the survival of the entire world. If the world does not change, all its people will be threatened by the greed, exploitation, and violence of the power structure in the American empire.  The handwriting is on the wall. The United States is jeopardizing its own existence and the existence of all humanity.    If Americans knew the disasters that lay ahead, they would transform this society tomorrow for their own preservation. The Black Panther Party is in the vanguard of the revolution that seeks to relieve this country of its crushing burden of guilt. We are determined to establish true equality and the means of creative work.

We have already witnessed the first attack on American soil brought on by the greed of the Bush regime and Halliburton Corporation run by Dick Chaney, for the theft of the oil of the Persian Peoples and the Palestinian people's decimation. What is next?  "Some see our struggle as a symbol of the trend toward suicide among Blacks. Sholaras and academics, in particular, have been quick to make this accusations.  They fail to preceive differences. Jumping off a bridge is not the same as moving to wipe out the ovewhelming froce of an oppressive army. When Scholars call our actions suicidal, they should be logically consistent and describe all historical revolutionary movements in the same way. Thus the American colonists, the French of the late eightenth century, Russia.....

The clash of cultures in the classroom is essentially a class war, a socio-economic and racial waged on the battleground of our schools, with middle-class aspiring teachers provided with  a powerful arsenal of half- truths, prejudices, and rationalizations, arrayed against hopelessly outclassed working-class youngsters. This is an uneven balance, particularly since, like most battles, it comes under the guise of righteousness. KENNETH CLARK, Dark Ghetto.

    "LOSING"

"Because we moved around a lot when I was growing up, I attended almost every grammar and junior high school in the city of Oakland and had wide experience with the kind of education Oakland offers its poor people.

At the time, I did not understand the size or seriousness of the implicit understanding in the system's assault on Black people. I knew only that I constantly felt uncomfortable and ashamed of being Black. This feeling followed me everywhere, without letup. It was a result of the implicit understanding in the system that whites were "smart" and Blacks were "stupid."  Anything presented as "good" was always  white, even the stories teachers gave us to read in early grades.  Little Black Sambo, Little Red Riding Hood, and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs told us what we were." "Today we will start on our Journey with Huey P. Newton, Let a new earth rise. Let another world be born.  Let a bloody peace be written in the sky, Let a second generation full. of courage issue forth, let a people loving freedom come to growth, let a beauty full of healing and a strength of final clenching be the pulsing in our spirits and our blood. Let the martial songs be written, let the dirges disappear. Let a race of men now rise and take control!"  Margret Walker, For My People.

Revolutionary Suicide: The Way of Liberation by Huey P. Newton,  the baddest Black Panther that ever lived is an inspiring book that I enjoyed immensely. Just to give you a taste of what it is like I am going to take quotes from the first few chapters.  "For twenty-two months in the California Men's Colony at San Luis Obispo, after my first trial for the death of Patrolman John Frey, I was allowed no reading material. Despite the rigid enforcement of this rule, inmates sometimes slipped magazines under my door when the guards were not looking." We on the outside of prison walls take everything for granted including our right to educate ourselves through what we read, or general media. In Prison there are things that Huey talks about that are inhuman and insane Slavery. The Prison Industrial Complex is an industry based on the Slave labor of inmates, this book will let you visualize that in your mind. The show today will be about the masses and their engagement with Malcolm El Haji Shabazz. "Brothers and sisters, let me tell you, I spend my time out there in the street with people, all kind of people, listening to what they have to say. And they're dissatisfied, they're disillusioned, they're fed up, they're getting to the point of frustration where they are beginning to feel: What do they have to lose? And when you get to that point you're the type of person who can create a very dangerously explosive atmosphere. This is what's happening in our neighborhood, to our people. I read in a poll taken by Newsweek magazine this week, saying that Negroes are satisfied. Oh yes, poll you know, in Newsweek, supposed to be a top magazine with a top pollster, talking about how satisfied Negroes are. Maybe I haven't met the Negroes he met. Because I know he hasn't met the ones that I've met.

But this is dangerous. This is where the white man does himself the most harm. He invents statistics to create an image, thinking that that image is going to hold things in check. You know why they always say Negroes are lazy? 'Cause they want Negroes to be lazy. They always say Negroes can't unite because they don't want Negroes to unite. And once they put this thing in the mind, they feel that the Negro gets that into him and he tries to fulfill their image. If you say you can't unite him, and then you come to him to unite him, he won't unite because it's been said that he's not supposed to unite. It's a psycho that they work, and it's the same way with these statistics." False information about African American people continues to come from the press and the impressions of Black People, to the world remains negative

THE AMERICAN SLAVE CODE IN THEORY AND PRACTICE......., BY WILLIAM GOODELL, CHAPTER XV OF THE DELEGATED POWER OF THE OVERSEERS, pp.197 "All of the power of the over his Slave is held and exercised also by Overseers and Agents. "All the power of the master over the slave may be exercised, not by himself only, in person, but by any one whom he may depute as his agent." As the White Establishment Government takes its position of Police Brutality being the norm, it is time to cast a light as to who the police are in this system. So lets begin by seeing if we can make any parallel's from this quote form Malcolm El Haji Malik Shabazz and what is happing today in the countries who's government has police in the picture.

"I saw in the paper where they--on the television where they took this Black woman down in Selma, Alabama, and knocked her right down on the ground, dragging her down the street. You saw it, you're trying to pretend like you didn't see it 'cause you knew you should've done something about it and didn't. It showed the sheriff and his henchmen throwing this Black woman on the ground--on the ground.  And Negro men standing around doing nothing about it saying, "Well, let's overcome them with our capacity to love." What kind of phrase is that? "Overcome them with our capacity to love." And then it disgraces the rest of us, because all over the world the picture is splashed showing a Black woman a with some white brutes, with their knees on her holding her down, and full-grown Black men standing around watching it. Why, you are lucky they let you stay on earth, much less stay in the country.." Malcolm El Haji Malik Shabazz.  Knowing what we are faced with today would you have taken Malcolm El Haji Malik Shabazz's stance to this issue the way he did? His next step may amaze you tune in to find out the course of action he took

EDUCATION PROHIBITED TO AFRCAN AMERICAN SLAVES BY LAW because if we were deemed as sentient beings with all the HUMAN aspects of life eternal we would know how we came to be, when we came to be, what we were then and what we are now.  Eternal in our blackness that we were created in our skins, so no amount of getting on your knees and begging any God for your freedom because it will never come.  We the people of this world will make ourselves free. My thoughts are that at all cost God who is the one who created us all knows what we need, but if we do not initiate a desire to change our conditions they will not change, the creator tells me that our conditions will not change until we ourselves change. Open up our minds to what our leaders taught us and use that knowledge. It is to open the mind to the light of liberty to which we so richly deserve, to lavish ourselves in.  There is no more pleading, there is only Revolution complet and total change of what the Captors want from us, knowledge is the key. Repartions for all the misdeeds done to us is the only solid foundation of Revolution on which we must stand a complete and total change tothe systems of White, Immperalist state under which we are all being forced to live under.  Yet to even Educate our children about Revolution is wrong, this absurd.  This day is the day we set aside to morn our loss of our Ancestors of the Civil War "The Colored Soilders". Denied everthig

"In the house of Delegates of Virginia, in 1832, Mr. Berry said: "We have, as far as possible, closed every avenue by which light might enter their ( the slaves) minds.  If we could extinguish the capacity to see the light, our work would be completed; they would then be on a level with the beast of the field, and we should be safe! I am certain that we would not do it, if we could find out the process, and that on the plea of necessity."

Today our show involves what our weekly show is going to be about, EDUCATION OFF THE BLACK MASSES IN AMERICA AND AFRICA ABOUT THE BLACK CODES.

This was the first act that lets us know that there were educated Black and Brown People before America United in 1776, in fact THE ACT OF 1740. This act was put onto place after the first Continental Congress.  The Declaration of Independence, that is credited to  be written by Thomas Jefferson was in fact written by his Scribe Slave. The President over the first Continental Congress was  a Moor, and the Author of the Mayflower Pact was a Moor.  The same Black Moors Scribed and constructed the original Constitution which is locked away in Fort Knox with the Moorish flag. The Second CONTINENTAL Congress rewrote the Constitution instituting slavery and the laws against educating non whites.  Uneducated Whites did not like the idea of Black or Brown people being educated and intelligent enough to make the country unite. The laws became more server and the punishment more detrimental. So when Whites claim that all people had been slaves and reparations should not be paid, I say you are liras. Chattel Slavery was the cruelest injustice in human history. In fact you acknowledge this by saying the Jews of Germany were entitled to reparations, when Hitler himself said he got his platform for his internment camps from the American Slave System, in his book Mein Kampf. The Act of Chattel Slavery has Laws and those are laws the are still enforced to keep Black African people all over the world oppressed, and if it was so inhuman when done to the Jews it is equally as inhuman when done to African Black People if you are not liars and twisting the truth to benefit those White Jews from Germany. Hassidic's are not  Semites because it has been proven that they posses the Neanderthal Genes are not present in Black African people  West Asian+ African = Semite.

"They began to do this quite well, and when I got to Paris and London--there are many Afro-Americans in Paris, and many in London. And in December--no, November--we organized a group in Paris and just within a very short time they had grown into a well-organized unit. And they, in conjunction with the African community, invited me to Paris, Tuesday, to address a large gathering of Parisians and Afro-Americans and people from the Caribbean and also from Africa who were interested in our struggle in this country and the rate of progress that we have been making. But since the French government and the British government and this government here, the United States, know that I have been almost fanatically stressing the importance of the Afro-American uniting with the African and working as a coalition, especially in areas which are of mutual benefit to all of us. And the governments in these different places were frightened because they know that the Black revolution that's taking place on the outside of their house--And I might point out right here that colonialism or imperialism, as the slave system of the West is called, is not something that's just confined to England or France or the United States. But the interests in this country are in cahoots with the interests in France and the interests in Britain. It's one huge complex or combine, and it creates what's known as not the American power structure or the French power structure, but it's an international power structure. And this international power structure is used to suppress the masses of dark-skinned people all over the world and exploit them of their natural resources. So that the era in which you and I have been living during the past ten years most specifically has witnessed the upsurge on the part of the Black man in Africa against the power structure. He wants his freedom." WORLD WIDE AFRIC THE VOICE OF THE PAN AFRICAN MOVEMENT

"Tonight one of the things that has to be stressed is that which has not only the United States very much worried but which also has France, Great Britain, and most of the powers, who formerly were known as colonial powers, worried also, and that primarily is the African revolution. They are more concerned with the revolution that's taking place on the African continent than they are with the revolution in Asia and in Latin America. And this is because there are so many people of African ancestry within the domestic confines or jurisdiction of these various governments.

There are four different types of people in the Western Hemisphere, all of whom have Africa as a common heritage, common origin, and that's the--those of our eople in Latin America, who are Black, but who are in the Spanish-speaking areas.  Many of them ofttimes migrate back to Spain, the only difference being Spain has such bad economic conditions until many of the people from Latin America don't think it's worthwhile to migrate back there. And then the British and the French had a great deal of control in the Caribbean, in the West Indies. And so now you have many people from the West Indies migrating to both London--rather both England and France. The people from the British West Indies go to London, and those from the French West Indies go to Paris. And it has put France and England since World War II in the precarious position of having a sort of a commonwealth structure that makes it easy for all of the people in the commonwealth territories to come into their country with no restrictions. So there's an increasing number of dark-skinned people in England and also in France." MALCOLM EL HAJI MALIK SHABAZ

WORLD WIDE AFRICA THE VOICE OF THE PAN AFRICAN MOVEMENT

    in Politics

Today is the Birthday of our most prolific example of a Black Father, a Black Leader, a Black Brother, a Muslim with morals, a Black Husband that knew his duty to provide for his wife and children and to protect them from all harm.  On February 13, 1965 the Nation of Islam bombed the house of Malcolm El Haji Malik Shabazz. Having the instincts of a warrior he safely evacuated his family and still made an engagement to the people of Detroit. "The newly awakened people all over the world pose a problem for what's known as Western interests, which is imperialism, colonialism, racism, and all these other negative isms or vulturistic isms. Just as the external forces pose a grave threat, they can now see that the internal forces pose an even greater threat. But the internal forces pose an even greater threat only when they have properly analyzed the situation and know what the stakes really are. Just by advocating a coalition of Africans, Afro-Americans, Arabs, and Asians who live within the structure, it automatically has upset France, which is supposed to be one of the most liberal--heh!--countries on earth, and it made them expose their hand. England the same way. And I don't have to tell you about this country that we are living in now. So when you count the number of dark-skinned people in the Western Hemisphere you can see that there are probably over 100 million. When you consider Brazil has two-thirds what we call colored, or nonwhite, and Venezuela, Honduras and other Central American countries, Cuba and Jamaica, and the United States and even Canada--when you total all these people up, you have probably over 100 million. And this 100 million on the inside of the power structure today is what is causing a great deal of concern for the power structure itself."
