What if your mission was to "envision a Wisconsin where postsecondary education moves forward through an open exchange of ideas, the careful consideration of research, and a strong focus on the public good?"
However what if you actually tried realizing that mission during the last 4 months of Republican sponsored carpet bombing targeting the concrete ideals on which that mission rests?
This Thursday in a special episode of BustEd Pencils, Jed and Tim talk to two of the warriors from the Wisconsin Center for the Advancement of Postsecondary Education (WISCAPE).
Noel Tomas Radomski: Director and Assciate Researcher
Jason Lee: Outreach Programs Manager
Among many topics, we will ask Noel and Jason to provide a sense of the damage that was done and how WISCAPE will continue to fight back the attack on the essential freedom to learn and focus on the public good.

The purpose of this session is to reinforce that both Christian doctrine and Christian experience are fundamental to spiritual growth. However, it is important to realize that once these are established, believers are to go on or go forward. Experience and learning are a continuing process in Christian development.
We begin our 2015 college football preview series of the Power Five conferences by looking at the Big 12. FBF writers and former NFL players Brady Quinn (Notre Dame), Ben Leber (Kansas State), and Matt Chatham (South Dakota) take an in-depth look at the upcoming Big 12 football season. Quinn (Fox Sports color analyst for the Big 12 & Pac 12) and Leber (Fox Sports color analyst for the Big 12 and Conference USA), fresh off their visit to Big 12 Media Days in Dallas, recap the conference media event. The group then discusses favorites, sleeper picks, question marks, and return-to-glory possibilities for Big 12 blue-bloods like Texas and Oklahoma.
