    in Health

Welcome to our NEW Time and Format

Giving us more time for conversation I have extended Conversations In Care to an hour and will be introducing you to Tony Fischer and The Fischer Report.  Join us in conversation!

This Week on Conversations In Care

Let's welcome Aishling Dalton - Kelly.  Aishling is going to help us understand how to find the best Home Care Team for your family and loved ones.  She will help us to understand what to look for and the best questions to ask, to know that you have found a great fit.

    Leran more about Aishling

Aishling Dalton-Kelly was born and raised in Ireland and is the youngest of ten daughters.  She committed to helping those who are aging after her father was diagnosed with a terminal illness and she watched her mother develop dementia.

Aishling worked closely with her nine sisters to make decisions to care for her mother and father; keeping them home, healthy and happy for as long as they possibly could.  It was through this hands-on and very personal experience that the idea of AishlingCompanion Home Care was born.  The goal in this work is to provide the same level of care for your family's loved ones asAishling was able to provide for her own aging parents.

Aishling is a dedicated mother of four and business woman.  All of her work building Aishling Companion Home Care is dedicated to her mother and father for the wonderful childhood and life of beautiful traditions and memories that were created for her and her sisters.

THE WISDOM OF THE WOUND...(solar eclipse revelations)

    in Spirituality

Each of us is wounded. There is no person, place, or thing on this planet that has not been wounded by our very existence and lessons of *BEE-ING*...

In order to bee born, you must inflict a wound upon the physical mother...the Earth Mother...provides you with all that you need to heal your wounds… The Sky Father… allows and directs the planets so they are in alignment with the flow of the Great Spirit… that instructs you to know yourself as divine children...thus capable of any and all things that you set your mind (collective or individual) to...all you have to do...is commit and believe in yourself...trusting the divine design of all things seen...and unseen.

Let us...talk about the wisdom of these wounds...

    Walking in the Wilderness

    in Spirituality

You long to hear from God but all you sense is silence. You pray—yet your prayers seem to fall flat. In frustration, you remember the time when you merely whispered the Lord's name and His presence was immediately there, but now in the stillness you want to shout, "God, where are you?" Like Job, turning every way, you seek Him, yet you cannot perceive Him or His workings on your behalf.

Welcome to the wilderness! Know that you are not alone, but in good company. - Victory in the Wilderness,John Bevere

Tune in as we take a walk through the wilderness!

"Is Your Life Like A Wilderness?" #542 (Pt.3)

    in Spirituality

The topic today is, 'Is Your Life Like a Wilderness?"  Why is this so important?  Because many could answer "yes" with reference to a point in time.  Perhaps you can identify with your life as a wilderness in the past or maybe even now.

A wilderness is a place where it is difficult, if not impossible, to move, to navigate through, to see where you are or have been or are headed.  A wilderness is a place where choices are not readily identifiable; it's a place in which thinking is fuzzy, problems may be mountingand directions are almost non-existent.

Soliutions from the world are plentiful but leave most prople with lttle hope of lasting change that leads to a renewed sense of who you are, where you are to go and wat you are to do.  My guess is that all of us have made commitments to effect different results at various levels of our lives, with less than stellar results.  Each of us has been at this place...a place in which attempting to do the right thing just doesn't seem to fit like it should.  It may seem like a puzzle, but its not.  There is a way in and there is a way out "When Life Is Like a Wilderness."  Let's find it.

Health Management & Health Care Logistics

    in Business

On this week's edition of HealthCare Consumerism Radio, hosts Ron Bachman and Doug Field are live in the studio for a discussion on trends in population health management and how changes toward a consumer-centric health care model are affecting all stakeholders in the system.

For the first segment on today's program, the hosts welcome Jack Curtis, founder and chief executive officer of Corporate Health Partners, to the show. A speaker at this June's FORUM & Expo, the chair of the Leadership Committee at HERO and an overall thought leader in health management, Jack discusses some of the latest trends in corporate wellness today. Jack and the hosts also cover the content of this June's FORUM & Expo general session, recent HERO research and how to engage the C-suite in corporate wellness efforts.

The second guest on this week's show is Robin Hooker, the director of healthcare marketing for UPS, a global leader in logistics. In this segment, Robin and the hosts discuss how the shift toward patient-centric care is affecting all participants in the health care system. Today, patients are choosing more direct-to-home deliveries; walk-in clinics, such as CVS Minute Clinic and MedPost Urgent Care, are on the rise; the middle class and aging populations in emerging markets are growing. These are impacting the health care supply chain immensely. With health care consumerism on the rise globally, logistics partners are required to innovate now more than ever to ensure a safe end-to-end shipping experience for biologics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and more.
