Last season, Kentucky had a rocky regular season after being the preseason favorites to win the championship in March. Despite the rocky regular season, the Wildcats pushed themselves all the way to the championship game where they lost to UCONN as a No. 8 seed. This season, the Wildcats return quite a few key players and will be a huge team in general once again. Last year, the team relied heavily on its size and controling the glass in general. I'll go over what Big Blue fans can expect in this upcoming 2014-15 season.
Every once in a while, everything comes together and basketball perfection is attained. Sometimes, by the most unlikely of teams; the St. Louis Wildcats didn't even compete previously in AAU. They arrived with 6 players and a dream; they didn’t have a large crowed or entourage. They didn’t have a large budget, pancakes, hotdogs, and grilled cheese filled were their main staples for the week – until they were adopted by Boo Williams staff who introduced the group to Bojangles Chicken....What happened next?
Find out in this upcoming exclusive intervew!

Episode 118: Wildcats Softball is currently (10-0) on the season with two key wins over Texas and another over 2013 NCAA National Champion Oklahoma. Head Coach Rachel Lawson breaks down the start of the season and more. Lawson has taken the Wildcats to the NCAA Super Regionals two times in the last three years. In 2013, Kentucky earned the No. 12 national seed in the 2013 NCAA Tournament - the school's first-ever national seed - and hosted a NCAA Regional for the first time ever. Lawson is the winningest head coach in school history and already has more wins in SEC play than UK had all told as a program when she took over in 2007.
