Do you naturally focus on what’s good in your life, or what’s missing? Do you generally see all that you have, or pine for all that you’re missing?
In this podcast, we will be looking at Gratitude and how being consistently grateful is one of the most important habits we can create. Well talk about how gratitude is magnetic; that the more grateful you are, the more life gives you to be grateful for.
You will also be hearing my colleagues Holistic Organizer, Clutter Coach, and Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Tracy K. Pierce, owner of Synergy Organizing and Synergy Wellness (http://www.synergyorganizing.com) and Filomena Iorio Tasoluk, owner of Bounce Life Coaching (http://www.bounce-life.com) talk about their views on gratitude and how they have used it in their own lives.

Tonight as we approach 2015 we are looking at dating goals for the new year. What's your plan for finding a partner? Are you seriously looking for partner? Where are the best places to conduct that search? Are you still happy to sit back and wait for Mr or Mrs Right? How are you going to meet your future mate? Do you feel that life will lead you to that perfect person or are you gonna chase love down and secure it for yourself? . Allowing yourself to be open to opportunities to meet someone, yet not becoming obsessed with it may give you a better chance to find someone on your terms. What about friends introducing friends to potential partners can this work?
Let's talk about it

The 'C' word makes your life work. It is not something we say, but rather, it is something we think and do. Courage, confidence, committment are all examples of a 'C' word that we must repeat over and over. We must also act in accordance with out confidence and courage. Of all the human virtures, courage is the the most important. Without it, all the other virtures fail.
None of us are born with confidence or courage. We are all born insecure and needing others to sustain us. But that time passes. We eventually become being that are able to sustain ourselves. And from here our confidence and courage to act will determine our destiny.
As a parent or grandparent, knowing that confidence and courage are learned behaviors, we must do everythiing in our power to continually enhance and grow our own confidence and to help others achieve thiers.

About this show: I lost both parents to cancer at 22 and 27. Let's talk about stuff that's hard, ways you can move forward in your life and how to get back to a happier place. My intention is to connect those of us who have lost our mothers, our fathers or both parents, at any age, through the arts, life experiments, looking inward and turning pain into something positive.
