After 45 years of age it gets harder and harder for many to lose weight. Stubborn belly fat (aka Wheat Belly) and mid-section "chubby" can cause us frustration and pre-mature aging.
The first part of the program is the 1 or 2 day cleanse. Each day we'll meet here and we'll share our stories, answer questions and give you tips on how to make this next month a fun experience. All while safely losing that stubborn weight and belly fat in a healthy and steady way.
If you have any questions please email Denise at: DiamondsOrGold@gmail.com
***** If you are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, on medication, have a medical condition, or are beginning a weight-control program, consult your physician before using Isagenix (tm) products or making any other dietary changes. Discontinue use if adverse events occur.
Robin M. Hopkins is not only a spokesperson for this natural weight release, she has also experienced it and continues the experience. And the ingredients are found in nature, not on a store shelf or from a pharmacy. If you're vegan or even if you aren't and you'd like to release weight without feeling jittery, then this show will put you at ease.
Robin is a part of the 5-in-5 Club in which during the first 5 days you can release 5 lbs and before you say that's water weight, does it really matter what type of weight you release when you're trying to get rid of unwanted poundage? I don't think so.
Natural weight release? Join me as we find out what exactly she continues to use and maybe even get on board, since she is now down 31 lbs and counting.

We have a spiritual body, we have a mental body, we have an emotional body, and we have the physical body which is the part which we see.
All of these parts store weight and this weight shows up on the scale. So when you think about losing weight, you don't need to always deal with what you eat. Changing your diet is going to result is some weight loss but changing your diet will never get to the weight you are carrying in your emotional body and your mental body.
So today is part II - agreements have weight.
Some of the top reason's people don't lose weight are: time management, lack of knowledge and committment. I said some of the top reasons. But none of them are the top reason why so many people that set out to lose weight fail. 91% of people who set up in January to lose weight will not succeed. There is one major underlying reason why and it isn't just diet plans and misinformation. I can't give it away here and now. You will just have tune in to find out.

THE WHOLE HEALTH DIET: A Transformational Approach to Weight Loss with Dr. Mark Mincolla
Americans are avid dieters, with nearly one third of our entire nation taking up dieting every year. Yet, according to The Food Addiction Institute, diets have a success rate of between ten and thirty percent. Dr. Mark Mincolla, natural health care practitioner and author of THE WHOLE HEALTH DIET: A Transformational Approach to Weight Loss, claims that this high failure rate is due to a flawed approach to dieting that focuses only on physical changes. What dieters need, Dr. Mincolla argues, is a more holistic approach that addresses the root causes of weight gain: our emotional, mental, and spiritual needs.
In THE WHOLE HEALTH DIET, Mincolla not only teaches readers how to tackle emotional eating; he shows them how to develop and maintain their own personalized, energy-calibrated nutrition plan. Based on the notion that each individual’s metabolism reacts differently to various foods, Mincolla shows dieters how to electromagnetically test themselves for metabolic food intolerances.
Mark Mincolla, Ph.D. is a legendary natural health care practitioner who has transformed the lives of many thousands of people over the past 30 years. Mark has integrated ancient Chinese energy techniques with cutting edge nutritional science in what has become his innovative Electromagnetic Muscle Testing system (EMT). The main focus of his integrated east-west approach is what he calls Acutrition, as it zeros in on each individual’s unique nutritional needs.
