Kelly & Kelly Waterhouse
Back in 2003, we decided to leave life on land for a simpler life on a boat. At first, it wasn’t easy living on a boat but it lead to our adventure of sailing around the world.
BTW, we both have the same name, Kelly. So to keep things straight, “Captain Kelly” is the guy and Kelly “Girl” (a.k.a. Boat Wife) should be self explanatory.
Kelly “Girl” Waterhouse grew up in Minnesota, practically in the middle of a corn field next to one of the 10,000 lakes in the state. Shortly after college, she relocated to Seattle, Washington. That is where she met a man named Kelly, who became her husband and taught her how to sail in the briny waters of the Puget Sound. Shortly after their wedding, they decided to live a simpler life. They sold their possessions to buy a boat with a goal to sail around the world.
Kelly Girl writes about their adventures in two novels.

The Waterhouse Reggae Dynasty will be paying a musical Reggaespect to Wayne "Sleng Teng" Smith.
His 1985 recording of "(Under Me) Sleng Teng", is generally regarded as the beginning of ragga style reggae. The rhythm was created on a Casio MT-40 and is based on the riff from Eddie Cochran's "Somethin' Else". Although there are a number of conflicting stories about how it was first found, the commonly accepted view is that Wayne Smith and Noel Davy discovered it. It is a pattern found in the Casio MT-40.
Waterhouse Reggae Dynasty live with Sista Dee & Mightyful13.
Sister Dee is the catalyst for this much needed format. Having been on the reggae scene for the last thirty-six years, she brings a wealth of musical knowledge to the table.
