    Wardrobe Wednesdays is Back With a New Title, Vision and Content

    Wardrobe Wednesdays will be airing again starting this Wednesday, January 28, 2015 @ 10:00am CST. Please join me this Wednesday when I tell you my story and how it relates to the new vision and mission for Wardrobe Wednesdays.  The show will still be providing you with great tips on the latest fashion tips and trends. I'll also be speaking on the topic of your health. Your health is your wealth and I've always known that but recently in October of 2012 I found out first hand what that really means after being diagnosed with metastatic stage 4-breast cancer. 


     


    I changed my mission in life as well as my diet. I look and feel great and want to share it with women (cancer patients and survivors) who are interested in taking care of themselves and improving their quality of life. While recuperating from surgery and treatment I found that there are 5 key areas in your life that can have a profound effect on feeling better and helping to keep your cancer cells shut off. 


     


    Each episode will have tips in one or more of the key areas so that you can swap out, add or delete habits that aren't getting you the results you want. So this Wednesday you can start just by taking action on the tip for that day.  You can choose to take baby steps or drastic changes depending on your personality. No one knows your body and personality and what works better than you do. I'll supply the weekly dose of healthful, food & fashion tips to look and feel better everyday.
