I am delighted beyond words to have Audrey Lusk as my guest author November 16th! This wildly talented woman is not only a fabulous audio book narrator, but she's also an author! Come listen as she talks about audio book creation, and reads an excerpt from her erotic sci-fi shortie, Forking Around.
* * *
A sassy, dimension-hopping (sort of) woman finds an invisible man (sort of), and decides to "see" what might come of a relationship that isn't quite definable.
About the Author:
Audrey Lusk has led a life that reads like fiction. As a voice actor, Audrey's performances of many erotic stories grace the Audible "shelves". And yet, for someone who spent time in modern burlesque, made and sold her own Goth clothing line, and ran professional murder mystery parties, she's a surprisingly evasive and retiring individual - and insists that these things found her, not the other way around.
Now that she's finally found a way to make writing and recording audiobooks her main focus, she plans to stick to it, averring triumphantly "I don't have to get dressed."
There are plenty of Walt Disney World podcasts out there (truly there are, take a look) and I'm not aspiring to add to the list, but I have been so excited about the trip that I've been sharing. This episode will be me summing up the trip what worked for us and what didn't. I had a great time and hope I can go back before 30 years goes by again.

Walt Disney's Saving Mr. Banks.
In addition to being a wonderful movie with incredible performances by Tom Hanks and Emma Thompson, there are lots of great lessons for life, love and business we can learn from the film. What would a Disney movie be without that?
In a lively fun discussion and a catchy sing a long tune or two, we will explore the lessons embedded in this brilliant Disney feature.
For those of you that don't know the story or have not seen the film. Walt Disney's daughters begged him to make a movie of their favorite book, P.L. Travers' Mary Poppins (1964), he made them a promise - one that he didn't realize would take 20 years to keep. In his quest to obtain the rights, Walt comes up an insanely difficult writer who is not about to let her beloved magical nanny get mauled by Hollywood. But Travers finds herself all but broke and reluctantly travels to LA to meet with Walt. For weeks in 1961, Disney pulls out all the stops, armed with imaginative storyboards and chirpy songs. But Mrs. Travers doesn't budge. The rights begin to move look like they might slip away forever. It is only when Walt reaches into his own childhood that he discovers the truth about the ghosts that haunt her, and together they set Mary Poppins free to ultimately make one of the most endearing films in cinematic history – Mary Poppins
“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” made all the money, but shares of Walt Disney hit a 52-week low on fears over continued cord-cutting. SolarCity plunges 25% as government incentives get cut. Panera Bread shares rise as the company’s 2.0 Initiative is showing results. Plus, we discuss “The Big Short” and the Mount Rushmore of Pixar films.
