How can walking help decrease stress? Walking is a better alternativeto handle stress than alcohol or drugs. Release your anger in a positive way instead of hitting someone. This show is about the after experience of Bigfoot encounters. Facing the reality and moving forward can be a struggle at times dealing with fear and finding peace. There are so many things we learn and experience along the way, walking with bigfoot can be a journey. We not only learn about them, but we find ourselves as a connection to a circle of people we never knew.
There are new encounters every day, bigfoot is more popular than ever now day's. There are do's and don'ts that some of us have learned the wrong way fast! So it's getting to be summer everyone's planing there adventures. I remember a year ago heading to the trinity's all excited that we might see a bigfoot. I thought about how I would react from an actual encounter, every story I had read, every episode of finding bigfoot, would never prepare me. It can be life changing, mine fortunately has been for the better. Hope that we can help others as well, to have a more positive first time encounter.
