Paige Michael a 13 year old singer/songwriter from Ontario Canada. Some of her biggest influences are Avril Lavigne, Taylor Swift, and Ed Sheeran. This budding young artist dreams of making a living singing and song writing one day and meeting and collaborating with One Direction. Her current singles, You Don't Know and Afraid are getting quite a bit of airplay and creating much buzz. Paige Green is an author and aspiring Cosmetologist. Born and raised in Northview Heights, located on the north side of Pittsburgh, PA, at a young age, she vowed that she’d do whatever it took to be successful.
At eighteen years old, she tries to be a perfect example of her generation and uplift them by showing them that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.
Paige is a senior in high school, Class of 2013, and the author of her freshman novel, Family Over Everything that is set to be released in a couple of weeks under Zane’s Strebor Streets Publishing.

The Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD) works to meet the diverse needs of the more than 600,000 individuals with disabilities who live and work in Chicago. MOPD’s goal is to make Chicago the most accessible city in the nation.
MOPD serves five major groups: people with disabilities, City departments and agencies, other government agencies, disability-related agencies and organizations and the private sector.
Paige Adams is a Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of The Center for Proactive Medicine in Nashville, TN. She graduated with her BSN in 1995, and worked in several areas of nursing, including Emergency Room, ICU Step-Down, and Management prior to receiving her MSN at Vanderbilt University in 2001. She began diligently researching for the cause of her medical problems that had existed for decades. She has successfully treated her own hormonal imbalance (PCOS, infertility), Crohn’s disease, severe adrenal fatigue and Hashimoto’s. This led to her opening The Center for Proactive Medicine, where she sees patients from across the globe. Ms. Adams’ practice focuses on optimal wellness promotion and disease prevention. She treats patients with autism spectrum disorders (she is a MAP Fellow), hormone deficiency/imbalance, adrenal dysfunction, thyroid disease, gastrointestinal dysbiosis, leptin resistance, unexplained weight gain and decreased athletic performance.
