Being a successful virtual assistant isn't necessary just about getting tasks completed. If you can’t manage yourself and your business and you aren't organized, you will find it tough to succeed as a virtual assistant.
You may not have any desire to become a project manager, but you need to have project management skills in order to run a successful business.
Susan Mershon, The Techie Mentor™ shares why you need to have project management skills in your VA biz!
This episode explores the various ways to use virtual assistants in real estate.
As a licensed real estate agent some of the challenges that I faced was trying to research properties, call for property availability, set appointments and perform follow up, usually at the same time! I was the ultimate multi-tasker! I have recently discovered how a virtual assistant can help real estate agents, with eliminating tasks, enhancing their professional image, becoming more productive, making more money and creating more work life balance.

Over the last 30 years, the average cost to higher education has doubled. Students today are paying on average $20K per year for higher education. Over the course of four years, the cost and/or investment in higher education equals $80K per student. Institutions of higher learning are earning $400 billion dollars per year in revenue off 20 million college students. What are students getting for $20K/year from these institutions besides student loan debt? Why are education institutions not held accountable for producing and creating jobs for their students? Students are the primary investors and the major stakeholder's in higher education, however what are the students getting in exchange for these colleges and universities. The primary reason for seeking higher education for most students is economic. What happens when a student pays $80K for an economic opportunity that never materializes? Should the institutions of higher learning be held accountable for jobs since this is the primary reason for higher learning? Join Us!

So much so, that our guest Tipatat Chennavasin says it will replace TV! VR will change the way we play games, design them and even create new ways to educate!
Tip should know, he's already creating his own VR experiences and worlds, including one where you can meet Optimus Prime! It's awesome! But how does he do all this? And what is the future of VR? How can we get in on the action, man? Check it out. We're also probably gonna get deep into Macross and Anime Mecha for sure! Because Danimator and Tip hella digg that stuff!

In this episode, I will be dicussing the various virtual opportunities available to students. Homeschool students and virtual school students often have limited ways to take other courses that they would enjoy. With websites and organizations such as Coursera, edX, and the Virtual Homeschool Group, homeschoolers are able to participate and enroll in classes, including advanced courses, for free. They are even able to take part in college classes that are taught by professors from Ivy League Universities, including MIT, Harvard, and Stanford. I will be having Ms. Tammy Moore, founder of the Virtual Homeschool Group explaining the services that the co-op provides to students.
