As if the conduct of the IRS recently hasn't already enraged the public, now we are told that the critical emails from Lois Lerner about the targeting of conservative groups have been "lost" and are unrecoverable. Anyone buying that? I talk about how the IRS scandal has revealed this to be the most corrupt government and presidency in our nation's history. The conduct of the Obama adminsitration here and in numerous other cases warrants impeachment, despite the feckless Republic congress that is unwilling to consider it despite overwhelming evidence.

Yesterday's stunning NBA sanction against LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling occurred in record time after the recording of his racist rant went viral, once again proving the power of social media and the Internet. That was the impetus behind another meme that made the news this week, courtesy of the Heartland Institute. The problem is, they twisted the quote from revered comedian George Carlin so that it appeared he was endorsing their nihilistic anti-government point of view. And then the fun started.
