    On this episode of "thereal" im honored to have on daniel camarillo. Ralph Gracie black belt, and 3rd degree black belt in Judo. He is the  owner of Camarillo jiu jitsu - jiu jitsu and judo competitor, and  brother of Dave Camarillo. Daniel grew up  up in Bakersfield, CA. He Started training in Judo when he was about 4 years old with my father.  He started competing when he turned 6, and  competed all over the US in every tournament he could get to. His  father would encourage him to fight at his weight but the weight up as well. He won a few junior national championships, then High School nationals, and went on to win the National Ladder in 1996. Throughout his career he  has been to Japan twice, and competed there as well. During his training he moved to Fresno and joined the Fresno State Judo team. He was number 6 in the US at the end of 1996. In 1997 he moved to the Bay Area and joined the Ralph Gracie JiuJitsu Team. This is where his ground skills really took off. He received his  blue belt in just two months of training from Cesar and Ralph Gracie. He wo n the Joe Moreira tournament in 1998, and took 2nd in the absolute division. He kept competing for a career that spans over 2 decades. Here are some of his awesome and amazing accolades. He has more i just ran out of space.

    thereal ep 44- interview w/ roy dean (rda jiu jitsu)

    Roy Dean began training in Japan as an exchange student, where he received his first degree black belt in Kodokan Judo at age 16. Returning to the USA, he continued training in other classical jujutsu systems, receiving black belts in Seibukan Jujutsu and Aikikai Aikido.

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training began under Claudio Franca in 1997, where he received his blue belt. In 2000 he began to study under Roy Harris, who led him to black belt in 2006. He was promoted to second degree black belt in September 2010, and third degree in October 2014.

    Dean is renown for his clear instruction and precise technique. His aim is to put the art of jujutsu in the best light possible. His apps and DVDs have led to opportunities to share his knowledge around the world, and he is thankful to be an ambassador of the art.

    Supreme Grand Master Dr. Moses Powell is the founder of Sanuces Ryu Ju Jitsu. This concept has been held in high regard thru out the world, Dr. Moses Powell entusted his senior deshi to go out into the world and promote this concept with the student body. It has been a full decade since the transition of Dr. Powell to the realm of the ancestors. His students have been exposed to a stroke of genius by Dr. Powell's direction. He chose several Sanuces Ryu masters to perpetuate his system and genius. They have been the keepers of the curriculum and have done extraordinary work over the past decade. Tonight's show is to review the progress and set new goals and activity within the system. 

    Supreme Grand Master Dr. Moses Powell and his teacher Professor Vee are responsible for the development of urban street combat. This concept of ju jitsu is most deadly and is to be treated with respect, that is exactly what the Family of Sanuces has practiced over this past decade. We are all very excited to lay the foundation for the next ten years and beyond. Sanuces Ryu Ju Jitsu is thriving in 2015 thanks to the work and effort put forth by the Family of Sanuces and it's affiliate organizations.

    Modern Combat Masters with your Host Professor Darrell Sarjeant and his Co-Host Kancho Daniel J. Vena along with Executive Producer Sifu Restita DeJesus are proud to present Peter Siringano, Jr. Hanshi to the program.

    Peter Siringano Jr. Hanshi,

    Was born in Staten Island, New York he began training under his father, the late Hanshi Pete Siringano Sr. in 1961. 
    Receiving no favoritism, he came up through the ranks often having to train with adults.

    During this period, he attended and participated in many tournaments and demonstrations, always at his father's side. 
    One high point was when in 1967 he met the late Bruce Lee at S. Henry Cho's tournament at the old Madison Square Garden.

    He continued training in both Goshindo Kempo Karate & Samurai Jiu Jitsu and was awarded the rank of Shodan in 1973.

    In 1975 he was featured along with his Father in the film The Superweapon.  
    He later wrote, produced and was featured in The Karate Dojo (1977) and Way Of The Samurai (1983). Both films also featured his Father.

    In 1988 he hosted a tournament honoring Hanshi Siringano Sr.'s recovery from congestive heart failure and a temporary stroke. 
    That same year, he authored the first comprehensive Training Manual for students at the Hombu Dojo and Branch Dojos.

    After attending Menlo College in Atherton California, Nile Evans decided to pursue his long time career goal of a Television writer/producer. He called on a valuable resource within his family, Executive Producer and Creator of the Jamie Foxx Show and "Martin", Bentley Kyle Evans took him under his wing as a Writers Apprentice on the hit Television Show, The Jamie Foxx Show. On the off seasons, Nile worked along with many film and television writing crews in Hollywood, like Jamie Foxx, Martin Lawrence, and rising Star Nick Cannon. Nile's relationship with Nick Cannon led him to help Nick to develop his first talk show pilot for Nickelodeon. The creative synergy was solidified as Nile worked with Nick as a Development Executive within Nick's Production Company, "Mr. Renaissance". Under that banner Nile was a Co-Creator and Executive Producer of MTV's hit television show "Wild'n Out", an improv-comedy show in which they produced 4 seasons and 50 episodes. After producing a Pilot for Reality Giant's 51 Minds, Nile used his relationships with them and talent Ray-J to bring them together to produce his own hit reality show "For the Love of Ray-J" for VH1. Nile has developed and produced pilots for many networks and most recently worked on the BET Awards show.
